This project was intended to redesign, and to an extent, reimagine the experience for an existing product. The team had managed and used this tool for around 6 years at this point, and it was in need of some visual (UI) design. There was limited time and budget to implement significant User Research or Human-centred Design, so the project remained only a UI refresh.
